Intelligence Operations RFI Manager

As an Intelligence Operations Request for Information (RFI) Manager on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and the DoD customer to develop and apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and industry knowledge. Your customer will trust you to test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify processes. They’ll also need you to use your broad knowledge of potential sources of innovation to identify areas requiring mitigation up front to plan, develop, and refine for use in future missions. You will influence senior clients on future operations as well as strategic direction for the Combatant Commands. You will collaborate in a Joint military environment to synchronize, integrate, and implement innovative solutions. You will lead a diverse team, managing daily operations, financial forecasts, deliverables, and projects, requiring collaboration with your peers and leaders to achieve positive results for the client.

You Have:  

  • 3+ years of experience working with the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, U.S. Military HQ Service staff, or Major Command Staff

  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating and solutioning on risks and issues, deliverables, and operations

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience with TMT/DARTS

  • Ability to facilitate functional meetings with senior military staff and civilian counterparts

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including verbal presentations and executive writing

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Master’s degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
