Operational Security Support Analyst

The Challenge:

As an Operational Security (OPSEC) measures analyst, you will support the Government with developing, reviewing, processing, and coordinating command and DoD plans, annexes, policies, and directives. You will maintain knowledge of established OPSEC measures plans to ensure that they support future operations.

You’ll support the request, management, and deactivation of required program support. You will prepare and deliver required training to support and enhance unit readiness. In addition, you will perform organizational, individual, and operational due diligence in accordance with DoD policies to maintain plans, mechanisms, and travel awareness, as well as evaluate the sustainability of the unit’s OPSEC measures Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP).

You will develop responses to program requirements and assigned taskers, and

engage associated organizations for support and collaborating or coordinating on externally generated requirements.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience working with OPSEC measures to support operations and sensitive activities
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience with OPSEC measures
  • Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
  • Graduate of the Advanced Technicians Course (ATC) or the Advanced Planners Course (APC)

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working at a COCOM or MAJCOM
  • Master’s degree or 4+ years of experience with OPSEC measures
  • Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis Course or Military Service equivalent
  • Graduate of the Due Diligence (DD) Course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
