The Opportunity:

As a dissemination analyst, you use your unique skills and experience to facilitate the dissemination of intelligence reports to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to inform our nation's leaders.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Requirements Manager to join the Knowledge Management Division. The candidate will be responsible for defining and managing system requirements, including analyzing, validating, documenting, and developing solutions that best meet client requirements in support of the US EUCOM mission.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in system requirements gathering or system engineering 
  • Experience with Configuration Management Lifecycle 
  • Experience with using a variety of techniques and platforms to gather requirements, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders and IT system reviews
  • Experience with evaluating existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security, or efficiency
  • Knowledge of system requirements management, systems engineering processes, NIST Special Publication 800-172, Cloud Architecture, and Cross Domain solutions
  • Ability to communicate and inform the client and stakeholders on a continuous basis of any changes or updates to the requirements and the requirements gathering and executing process 
  • Ability to develop plans and processes to ensure the successful gathering and documentation of requirements using appropriate tools and techniques 
  • Ability to evaluate and provide feedback to the client regarding the current production requirements program, the feasibility of future programs, and the development of planning efforts
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Nice If You Have

  • Experience with using Tableau
  • Ability to document the process using multiple architectural models, including generating graphic representations and abstracts
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and oversee the quality control of RFI production data to assess trends and conduct monthly analytic studies of production data 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
