Target System Analyst

As a target system analyst, you use your specialized technical experience and attention to detail to develop products and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a target system analyst on our team, you’ll help your client to understand adversary target systems and their vulnerabilities. Using your understanding of fusing intelligence, you will support the development of analytic studies in direct support to operational planning supporting the DoD's efforts. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and policymakers and facilitate cooperation with other team countries. You will bring in-depth understanding and expertise to provide target system analysis of threat platforms and organizations to support operational planning and targeting efforts. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with all-source intelligence collection, research, analysis, and assessment methodologies

• 3+ years of experience with MILCAP analysis

• Experience with IC analytical writing standards, product development, and brief delivery

• Ability to travel internationally throughout Europe to facilitate cooperation with other team countries

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with working through the Joint Targeting Cycle

• Experience with coordinating and collaborating across European Command structures

• Experience with Joint Staff organizational decision-making processes

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Master’s degree

• Completion of Joint Targeting School Courses

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
