As a leader in systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape C4ISR solutions by leading a cutting-edge Booz Allen team. Your customer will trust you to not only to help design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. You’ll share your expertise through technical work, while broadening your skillset into new areas. You’ll confer with team leadership to help shape and scope the client’s strategic IT business goals and have a hands-on approach to the reengineering of business processes to meet these goals. You’ll analyze client requirements and assist the team with developing strategic plans and concepts. You’ll provide onsite Global Command and Control System - Joint (GCCS-J)/Tactical Command Operational Picture (COP) Systems (TCS) support, including system administration, technical guidance, software installation, configuration management, system troubleshooting, and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patching, coordinate software releases, and ensure GCCS-J/TCS availability. You’ll assist with integrating existing and newly fielded Joint and Marine Corps systems into the supported units GCCS-J/TCS architecture. Perform as the GCCS-J/TCS COP administrator, coordinate COP Synchronization Tool (CST) configuration with higher, adjacent, and subordinate echelon commands. You’ll review, revise, and maintain documentation for COP and CST architecture. This position may require occasionally working extended hours during system upgrades or emergency repairs.

You Have:

-5 years of experience with UNIX, Solaris, Linux, Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J), Joint Tactical Collaboration Workstation (JTCW), Virtualization, Tactical Combat Operations - Tactical COP Server (TCS), and the Integrated Imagery and Intelligence (I3) applications servers

-Knowledge of Windows 2003 and 2008 servers, Windows 7 client, and VMware vSphere and creating and deleting accounts in active directory

-Ability to travel on air and ground without restriction to support exercises and contingencies in the US Pacific Command theater

-Secret clearance required
-HS diploma or GED

-Security + Certification

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with DoD and working in a military Combat Operations Center (COC) Command and Control systems environment

-BA or BS degree

-Network+, VMware Certified professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Sun Certified System Administrator for Solaris (SCSA), Linux Security+, or Linux Professional Institute (LPIC) Certification preferred

Clearance:
