Booz Allen is seeking an experienced Contractor Special Security Representative (CSSR) to perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of government sensitive and classified information. You will apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge in the performance of duties. You’ll develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. You’ll work independently with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees. You will perform the full range of security duties and assignments in support of Marine SCI security programs and will assist with the administration of the SCI security program, including providing SCI security guidance for local or tenant SCIFs. You will provide technical advice and guidance on SCI personnel, physical, and information security standards.

You Have:
Knowledge of the full range of security principles, concepts, practices, products, services, and methods for evaluating risk and vulnerability
Knowledge of implementing mitigating improvements and disseminating security procedures or processes
Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 704, ICD 705, and Technical Specifications
Knowledge of DoDM 5105.21 V1-3 and other directives and regulations, including USMC directives and regulations
Ability to work independently in an operational environment
Ability to gather facts and use effective analytical and evaluative methods to assess information, plan the sequence of actions necessary, make sound decisions, and solve a variety of security problems
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience working with SCI in all security disciplines, including personnel, physical, and basic information assurance, or 2+ years of experience working with SCI in all security disciplines, including personnel, physical, and basic information assurance in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience working at the operational level within the Department of Defense security environment
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
