As an Interoperability Advisor, you will provide subject matter expertise and advice on the integration of external stakeholders for Non-combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO), Foreign Humanitarian Assistance (FHA), Theater Security Cooperation (TSC), and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational (JIIM) training events to Expeditionary Operations Training Group (EOTG) senior trainers and Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) senior leaders.

Work with us to evolve training and assessment programs to meet the current and emerging demands of global crisis, contingency, and partner-building requirements. Assist in developing training programs, provide subject matter expertise to scenario development, and integrate capabilities into the training and assessment programs. You Have:  

  • Experience at the operational and tactical level in Marine Corps operational planning, including integration of planning for NEO, executing TSC, and training to FHA

  •  Experience with developing training scenarios, including training materials, assessment strategies, and integration

  • Experience with amphibious operations both in training and employment environments

  • Knowledge of conducting joint and coalition operations or training related to NEO, TSC, and FHA

  • Knowledge of Global Force Managment policies and planning principles relative to MEU tasking under the Dynamic Force Employment (DFE) or Initial Response Force (IRF) frameworks

  • Knowledge of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)

  • Ability to brief senior leaders, including General Officers, through oral and written communication.

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience as a senior member of a MEU staff, including CO, XO, or OpsO

  • Experience with developing complex integrated training programs

  • Knowledge of Naval service concepts, including Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO) and Littoral Operations in a Contested Environment (LOCE)

  • Knowledge of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS)

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is to (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
