With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a executive office manager and action coordinator, you use your specialized technical, intelligence, policy, strategy and action management experience and your attention to detail to coordinate, assign and develop timely and comprehensive responses to executive actions internal and external to the National Space agency. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to effectively manage taskings for the Office of Policy and Strategy and the business functions required of this Intelligence Community client.

As the lead action officer on our team, you’ll help your client understand, develop and reply to taskings from other IC agencies, ODNI, DoD and across the organizational enterprise. Using your comprehensive understanding of the organization, its mission, the strategies and policies, and the technical intelligence capabilities to include GEOINT and SIGINT, you'll aide the office in delivering and responding to critical intelligence and management taskings. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policy makers, agency leadership and internal technical programs. As the authority on the office taskings and action responses, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under short time constraints. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

• Experience with NRO TIER action application
• Knowledge of the NRO mission and Intelligence Community
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent taskings
• TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in a Director's Action Group (DAG) or other military or government action coordination team
• Experience with International affairs or exposure
• Experience with military executive officer
• Experience with Policy and strategy or exposure
• Knowledge of NRO systems
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams
• Master’s Degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
