Construction Manager

Key Role:

Lead the development of client facilities and infrastructure requirements throughout the life cycle via creative approaches that achieve preferred functional end-states. Develop innovative solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities industry. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, if needed.

This position is located in the Warrenton, VA area.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing multiple construction contractors across various disciplines
  • Experience with managing the construction effort of large scale new and renovation projects
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and Building codes
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to lead construction meetings
  • Ability to relay project status to management accurately
  • Ability to read and enforce construction documents, including design drawings, project manuals, and basis of design documents and specifications
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of supervisory control and data acquisition systems
