Job Description
Key Role:
Provide full life-cycle strategic contract administration at Booz Allen for DoD and the Intelligence Community (IC). Support every element of government acquisition, including requests for proposal, pricing, financial analysis, program management, and subcontracting. Interface primarily between government contracting professionals and Booz Allen. Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and administration of highly complex major contracts. Negotiate and administer contracts with the U.S. government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and Organizational Conflict of Interest plans. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended pricing approach. Advise on legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with contract administration, negotiations, or proposal preparation
Knowledge of contract types, including fixed-price, T&M, cost reimbursable, government-wide acquisition contracts, or Rapid Response IDIQs
Knowledge of federal government contracting
Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements
Ability to maintain client relationships with internal and external clients
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with large dollar value and highly complex contracts for professional support services and solutions delivery
Ability to manage a robust contract portfolio of various size, scope, and complexity
Ability to support face-paced rapidly changing environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems and mitigate risk
Top Secret clearance preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
