We are looking for someone like you to bring your DevOps engineering knowledge and help our clients make a mission-forward impact.
As an experienced DevOps customer success engineer at Booz Allen, you will not only convey the importance of efficiency to your clients—you will be directly involved in DevOps engineering work. Together with a team of experienced professionals, you will support the building and maintenance of a pipeline. You will maintain tools and automate configuration management and infrastructure provisioning. Using your software engineering knowledge, you will guide your team as they bring other organizations on board with DevOps and champion the adoption of related processes, tools, and roles. You Have:
5+ years of experience in the development of tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
5+ years of experience with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness
Experience with developing enterprise Cloud-native solutions
Experience with bringing other organizations on board with DevOps, championing the adoption of DevOps processes, tools, and roles, and working with other development teams to recast work
Experience in working with application development teams across the software development life cycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with DevOps or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with DevOps
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Jenkins, Helm, Python, and Golang
Experience with creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks
Experience with creating and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes
Experience with triaging and resolving issues related to both open-source and commercial tools in public Cloud environments
Master’s degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
