Enterprise Policy Specialist, Mid

Key Role:

Work as a member of the project team by assisting with the analysis and implementation of process improvements. Develop expertise in a particular industrial specialty and strengthen expertise in project management. Support practice development initiatives, including assisting the business development team with writing proposals. Maintain daily contact with junior to mid level client staff regarding information and data collection and participate in client meetings, as needed. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel and provide training.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting the intelligence community (IC)

-Experience using Microsoft Office tools

-Knowledge of content management and information systems

-Knowledge of government policy, processes, and procedures, civilian government and military rank structure, and appropriate protocol when working with senior civilian and military leaders

-Ability to research, review, and edit drafted language proposed by internal and external organizations and develop various types of mediums or communiques

-Ability to communicate policy decisions to all levels of the organization, including conducting presentations in front of varying size audiences

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in a professional work or military environment or BA or BS degree and 3 years of experience in a professional or military environment

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others of varying expertise and talents

-Ability to take the initiative to solve problems with little or no guidance

-Ability to manage time while working under tight deadlines prioritizing multiple tasks, solicit feedback from the task owner, and fine-tune deliverables, as needed
