Graphic Designer, Senior
Key Role:
Help organizations design high-visibility mission-critical infographics, data visualizations, or presentations for use by senior and executive level leadership. Convert client needs and requirements into graphically innovative digital designs, marketing collateral, and outreach materials. Execute visual communications projects, help guide a branded design strategy across the team, and help deliver on these time-sensitive products.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including in applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Acrobat
Experience with supporting a project management office
Experience in the production process, including communicating with print and production vendors and intellectual property and copyright principles
Experience in creating visual concepts with MS Word or MS PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize and satisfy multiple requirements on time, in an environment where requirements frequently change
Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design competencies
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic production
Experience with adhering to brand management guidelines
Experience with working in the IC or DoD environments
Experience using and downloading from online stock graphic providers
Ability to manage projects
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects with short deadlines
Possession of excellent project management and organizational skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
