The Opportunity:

As a Human Capital Consultant, you will lead the rollout of a pilot project for a government client that requires coordination with multiple stakeholders and measure quantitative and qualitative success criteria to determine project effectiveness. You'll implement assessment and selection best practices, lead the development of client-specific job-fit occupational personality profiles, and collaborate with hiring divisions to ensure job-fit occupation personality profiles accurately reflect job requirements. You will develop and update additional content for recruiter and hiring advisor training for existing and new training needs that are identified. You'll deliver briefings to senior leaders within the organization and participate in additional briefings for workplace projects. You'll conduct program evaluations by soliciting process feedback from hiring officials and then develop and implement solutions to address feedback.
