This position will allow you to work with clients to develop and implement solutions and help solve challenges along the way. Like to see your plans in action? You’ll build a trusted relationship with your client as you identify and anticipate their needs and propose solutions. As you solve problems, you’ll look for more areas of improvement and continue transforming your client’s organization. You Have:
-5+ years of experience in a professional or military work environment
-Experience implementing process improvement, with limited involvement of stakeholders due to time and focus constraints, through DoD-specific workforce expertise.
-Experience in the DoD or Intelligence Community
-Experience with using MS Office products, including Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of principles of HR administration and management principles/practices
-Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and leadership team
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Bachelor’s degree

-Experience implementing process improvement through automation
-Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines
-Possession of excellent consulting and client relationship skills
-Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, and evaluating options for action
-Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
-SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or DAWIA Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
