IT Architecture Project Manager, Senior

Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created or off the shelf products. Analyze and identify all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements while taking into consideration special technology needs. Establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware or software interface problems, define input or output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provide direction for design activities. This position requires the ability to work at client sites.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with defining and facilitating program or project governance

-Experience working on network and infrastructure projects

-Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or O&M development models and processes

-Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Remedy, and JIRA

-Knowledge of the Performance Monitoring Framework (PMF)

-Ability to work independently and across large teams

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree and 10 years of experience in a professional work environment or MA or MS degree and 8 years of experience in a professional work environment

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
