Infrastructure Engineer, Mid

The Challenge:

Are you interested in helping manage multiple secure development networks and lab environments that enable a unique mission and talented group of developers? Do you enjoy working with others to troubleshoot and solve technical issues? Have the flexibility to apply new processes, streamline and standardize security, operation. and maintenance practices? Then this job is for you! You will be expected to maintain and improve the health and security of multiple secure enclaves by helping to manage and administer core network and system-level infrastructure including developing and enforcing Windows and Linux environment update processes.

You will work closely with end users to solicit and document unique network and system-level secure operating requirements and use cases and work with other engineers and administrators to develop solutions to meet those needs. You will document SOPs, produce security documentation, and help implement network and system monitoring solutions to ensure system health and security. You will support the development and help maintain an asset management solution and process for the secure enclaves and provide engineering support as the mission network and system enclaves progress through the security accreditation process. If you are looking for a hands-on role with the flexibility to learn and apply new skills in managing multiple enclaves in order to help developers focus on their missions, this is for you!

You Have:

  • Experience with testing or integrating tactical mobile systems or networks
  • Experience with reliability assurance engineering
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with information security methodologies and security and accreditation processes
  • Experience with managing or supporting the product development life cycle
  • Knowledge with configuration management practices or contingency planning
  • Ability to work independently with senior administrative and technical leads
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
