Integrated Master Scheduler

As the Integrated Master Scheduler, you will develop, analyze, and manage schedules for multiple projects. You will develop an Agile methodology Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify scheduling conflicts, and proactively mitigate roadblocks. Support and manage project schedule that communicates to all levels of the project teams and stakeholders effectively.

You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience with planning and scheduling

  • Experience with scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, or Atlassian Jira

  • Experience with managing multiple projects and pulling together multiple schedules into a master schedule or interfacing with other teams managing different schedules

  • Experience with conducting schedule analysis and briefing findings to stakeholders, including project leadership and clients

  • Experience with determining the Critical Path and performing schedule status updates and schedule risk assessments 

  • Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with business process analysis, user needs development and documentation, software development life cycle (SDLC), end user training, and communications

  • Experience with Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of Government system security practices and policies

  • Ability to be a motivated self-starter and work comfortably in an ambiguous environment

  • Ability to present key findings from data analysis to the project team, program leadership, and senior executives

  • Ability to demonstrate a growth mindset, continuously learn new skills, and improve the project environment

  

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
