This is an opportunity to create effectiveness and efficiency in the Intel community. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll assess how alterations impact business processes and design, to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. You Have:
Experience in a professional or military work environment, including internships
Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
Experience in solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions
Ability to conduct research and analysis or industry best practices, including internet research
Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative and business case, to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
Ability to ramp up on a range of topics quickly, such as emerging technologies, market analysis, best practices analysis, and change management
Ability to develop presentations and work products using PowerPoint and Excel
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Nice if You Have:
2 years of experience in a professional or military work environment, including internships
Experience with strategy consulting or change management consulting for federal government or Intelligence Community organizations
Experience with technology scouting, supply chain risk assessments, or cyber threat intelligence
Knowledge of change management methodologies
Ability to conduct open-source research or market research
Ability to identify problems and develop recommendations for complex issues
Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists
Possession of excellent data analysis and visualization skills to use Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Communications, or Performance Management Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
