Job Description
Key Role:
Provide functional leadership across a team of highly skilled technical signals analysts and engineers. Develop and implement initiatives that maintain and improve technical health. Work with peers and senior analysts to leverage new technologies and techniques in the signals analysis mission. Maintain, develop, and scale an experienced signals analysis cadre. Apply extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge and innovate and think beyond the state-of-the-art. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Develop relationships with senior client staff, understand their priorities for a functional signal analysis capability, and ensure that workforce is aligned to these priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with RF signal processing techniques in signal detection, signal classification, and signal processing
Knowledge of RF signal concepts, radio receiver performance, and RF signal analysis techniques used in IC spaces
Knowledge of signals analysis capability in at least one technical signals discipline across ELINT, FISINT, or COMINT
Knowledge of intelligence community signal collection and analysis stakeholders and capabilities
Knowledge of roles, relationships, and dependencies between signals analysts, SME-level signals engineers, and software engineers
Ability to work with and provide leadership to both groups across the spectrum of technical signals to deliver cohesive capabilities
Ability to travel occasionally CONUS and OCONUS at the customer's request
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with implementing signal processing algorithms or modeling RF receivers and signal detectors in Python or C++
Experience in working with common software development frameworks and tools, including GitLab, Jira, or Confluence, to develop and document signal processing blocks
Experience with implementing signal processing techniques in high performance computer environments
Experience with implementing technical signals analysis in common frameworks
Experience with performing analysis activities in a CONUS or OCONUS field site location
Ability to maintain a network across the IC signals analysis community
Bachelor’s degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, CS, or a related field preferred; Master’s degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, CS, or a related field a plus
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
