ServiceNow Administrator and Knowledge Manager

Key Role:
Create, design, and develop a ServiceNow implementation to support Talent Acquisition in automating their business processes. Work with government organizations by participating in envisioning, defining, designing, and providing ServiceNow administrative support under limited supervision, including supporting day-to-day operations and administration of a large IT directorate's ServiceNow instance. Provide administration and design support, including project management assistance, such as management activities for the office and the design and implementation of office document repositories, such as various technologies and the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules for hiring divisions, as needed. Interact directly with the client to capture and evaluate how their business and knowledge management requirements will impact the current client systems. Assist with supporting the client by providing input on any stage of the knowledge management and development life cycle, as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with software development or ServiceNow

-Experience with developing, maintaining, and updating the content of web sites

-Experience with developing code and maintaining web-based applications

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in the intelligence community (IC) preferred​

-Experience with ServiceNow​

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail​

-Ability to multi-task and be proactive​

-Ability to build trust with clients and maintain excellent working relationships with onsite staff, including daily contact with client and leadership staff​

-Ability to advise and assist with a design group’s efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization’s online offerings​
