Subcontract Administrator

Grow your career at Booz Allen through challenging and fulfilling opportunities in procurement and utilize our world class learning and development programs while building meaningful relationships with a diverse supply base, program team, and other cross functional internal partners. Join Booz Allen during an exciting growth period and support the National Agencies team as a critical member of a cross functional integrated team designed to meet our clients’ missions while performing essential subcontract administration responsibilities. Assist the Subcontract’s department with subcontract administration functions and duties relating to various types of federal government contracts, including Multiple Award Contracts, IDIQ Contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements, Master Purchase Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Referral Agreements. Perform subcontract set-up in firm systems for new awards and modifications. Maintain responsibility for ensuring subcontract documents, including task order awards, modifications, invoices, and other related documents are properly filed. Assist subcontract staff with preparing documents for subcontract awards. Assist with the processes and procedures associated with subcontracts administration to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and procedures, and become proficient with negotiating key contractual documents such as non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements and subcontract agreements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience working as an intern in a corporate subcontracts department
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
