Job Description
Key Role:
Design architectural roadmaps for modernized enterprise architecture (EA) in accordance with customer requirements and use cases. Apply advanced consulting and extensive virtualization expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, including automated integration and networking. Work without considerable direction and mentor junior technical staff.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with network and virtualization design and development for customers
- Experience building or architecting multi-user computer networks as a Cisco Network Architect
- Experience with VMWare vSphere or vSAN to integrate and automate virtual environments
- Knowledge of network emulation and security
- Ability to design and administer networks and diverse operating systems
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience designing and deploying advanced virtualized environments as a Chief Architect
- Knowledge of infrastructure as a code and deployment in enterprise environments
- Ability to integrate multiple, disaggregate networks into single and unified infrastructure
- Master's degree in IT
- CCNA or VMWare Certified Professional Certification
- CCNP or VMWare Certified Advanced Professional Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
