Job Description
Key Role:
Support a DoD client by analyzing and implementing comprehensive human capital management solutions to address strategic priorities impacted by organizational design, strategic workforce planning, workforce demographics, diversity and inclusion, career pathing and workforce development, and organizational culture. Help to refine approaches to and the content of the agency’s Workforce Strategy and other strategic plans and initiatives in light of best practices, new data, organizational maturation, and feedback. Develop and deliver a wide range of internal and external reports using workforce strategy-related metrics and findings to provide clarity and understanding of these metrics to senior leadership. Remain abreast of best practices for organizational workforce strategy and strategic workforce planning and adapt them for local application.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in the industrial organizational psychology, adult learning, or strategic human capital field
Experience with delivering products that are highly polished
Experience with synthesizing, formulating, and assessing key findings based on quantitative and qualitative analytic reviews and developing recommendations for next step actions
Experience with designing, creating, deploying, explaining, evaluating, and refreshing organizational workforce strategy and strategic workforce planning initiatives and activities
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Ability to design, develop, and deliver a robust and effective organization assessment
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with managing multidisciplinary teams
Experience with briefing senior-level leadership in ambiguous and potentially contentious analytical findings confidently
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain synthesized information, justify and defend actions and recommendations, and negotiate with and influence others
Master's degree in Psychology or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
