Key Role:

Assist the program manager with the research and development of projects within a corporate program. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor junior team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in Information Technology environments
• Experience with Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT), Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Program Status Reports
• Experience in reverse engineer requirements from external sources to support operational objectives, including vendor specifications, execution of legacy software, internet research, or command resources
• Secret clearance required
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
