The Opportunity:

That’s why we need you, a Scheduling Analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies, regulations, and timing considerations that govern funding and resource allocation decisions, to make sure the client's resources are utilized to maximize impact.
As a Scheduling Analyst on our team, you’ll work on a data-driven planning strategy to further organizational transformation efforts to help your client succeed. You’ll work with clients, stakeholders, project managers, and project team members to develop and maintain executable work plans for your client to achieve their goals. This is an opportunity for you to learn the laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the work plan is in place, you’ll maintain and provide the schedule and resource information required to monitor and control projects through consistent tracking and communication with your clients, teammates, and Project Management, and use of scheduling tools. This is your chance to use your skills in business planning, project management, and scheduling, while furthering your planning and scheduling analysis experience.

You Have:
1+ years of experience with business solutions, program or project management, planning, or scheduling
1+ year of experience with construction management
Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
Experience with preparing briefing materials
Knowledge of stakeholder processes and providing diplomatic solutions among stakeholders
Ability to research and analyze information to present it through documentation and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with FAA Project Management Systems, including CWP
Experience with developing and managing project execution schedules for large and small-scale projects
Experience with developing strategies that optimize statistical efficiency, including data analyses or data collection systems
Knowledge of the aviation industry
Ability to adapt to multiple assignments and fast-changing circumstances
Ability to develop and present verbal and written communications to decision makers, including the neutral presentation of business case findings
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
