The Opportunity:
As part of the Cyber Operations Analyst & Technical Writer Team, the goal is to provide knowledge transfer, documentation, and relevant expertise based on the requirement. Your responsibilities will include, developing and maturing operational documentation. Working as a team and with the client, you will be response for drafting operational instructions (OIs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation supporting Space mission systems. These documents will be drafted using best practices, compliance policy, documentation standards, frameworks, and vocabulary to include DoD guidance, and the Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM). Additionally, you and the Team are the Subject Matter Experts (SME) to the client. As a SME, you and the team will provide advice and expertise to develop non-recurring analysis of the current organization's operational mission and adherence to ESM principles. Your tasks will include defining organizational alignment at Strategic to Tactical levels, evaluate and develop areas of improvement to ensure continuity of effort in maintaining accreditation, perform substantive studies and analysis to define Return on Investment regarding cyberspace defense capital purchases, and evaluate current maturity based on ESM and develop improvements to the assigned cyber area of responsibility. Lastly, you are responsible for providing knowledge transfer for drafting cyberspace defense information documents. Your lessons learned and feedback will be collected and integrated into policies and other materials as applicable.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with general IT
- 5+ years of experience as a Cyberspace Analyst
- Experience with a DoD agency
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber, Computer Science, or Information System Technologies
- DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with developing CONOPS, CONPLANs, OPORDs or OPLANs, fragmentary orders, execute orders, and other MDMP or JOPP planning products
- Experience with Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) for Space (DOC-S)
- Experience with Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with DoD Head Quarters Level
- Knowledge of current Cyberspace operations tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
- Ability to edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and other customer deliverables and documents
- Ability to collect and organize information for preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's Degree in Cyber, Computer Science, or Information System Technologies
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
