As product support engineer on our team, you’ll work with Booz Allen colleagues and your client to provide support to the enterprise points of contact and provide knowledge, techniques, or expertise in the Product Support area as it relates to program system operational sustainment. You will effectively maintain, sustain and enhance the Space Sensing Operational Systems to meet near and long-term requirements. This includes operations, maintenance, and administration of information, components, products, or systems risk management (RM) & operational planning. This position will apply expertise to support Missile Warning, Tracking, Defense, and Environmental Monitoring capabilities for the United States Space Force (USSF).

You Have:
4+ years of experience with integration and logistics planning of space programs, including space, ground, software and hardware systems, and Major Defense Acquisition Programs
Experience with DoD life cycle logistics in a sustainment organization
Experience developing DoD sustainment documents, including Requirements Approval Document (RAD), Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS BCA), Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) Decisions, and Depot Activations
Experience leading integration, schedule, and logistics forums, including logistics working groups, Depot Maintenance Activation Working Groups (DMAWG), provisioning conferences, and Product Improvement Working Group (PIWG) meetings
Experience using Platform 1 data repository, JIRA and Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with training contractors and government employees on event-oriented training, including integration process and system integration
Ability to conduct initial training on JIRA and Confluence platforms
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA) Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience in a leadership role within Integrated Planning Teams and Integrated Process Teams
Experience with space-based remote sensing systems
Experience with Integration processes, including Project Integration Kick-off (PIK), Project Installation and Checkout (PICO), System Integration Board (SIB), and System Integration Board and Technical Interchange Meetings (SIB/TIM)
Experience with authorship of authoritative sustainment guidebooks, articles, whitepapers, and briefings
Knowledge of Integrated Product Support Elements
Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
Ability to demonstrate expertise in the military service’s sustainment hierarchy, including program offices, program executive offices, hardware and supply systems commands, and defense agencies
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
