Key Role:

Provide engineering level documentation to enable testing and reporting followed by designing/writing test reports within required time standards, including preliminary and final reports, to support fielding decisions. Support detailed test planning activities, including identifying equipment needs and shipping, test resource requirements and de-confliction. Use basic statistical analysis tools, including box-plots, histograms, and standard-deviation and gain skills in new areas such as coordinating with technical team members from multiple organizations to plan, execute, and post-process test activities and data. Interact with Government sponsors to test new capabilities on existing architectures while sharing your testing experience with your team.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience testing network computer systems and satellite communications hardware
• Experience with test plan and report generation
• Experience in satellite or cellular communications and associated networking and IP based systems
• Ability to understand and apply statistics to design of test issues
• Ability to understand complex systems issues and formulate methods of test for them
• Ability to decompose technical solutions into lower level modules or components and formulate a test methodology to test and report on performance
• Ability to communicate technical approaches and details within small project teams, including team interaction and presentations
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Completion of Test and Evaluation course

Additional Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience testing networked computer systems and satellite communications hardware
• 4+ years of experience with test plan and test report writing
• 1+ years of experience with Cyber
• 1+ year of experience with Air Force Space Command (AFSPC)
• Knowledge of Linux embedded system and driver design
• Ability to test real-time signal processing solutions in embedded processing environments
• Ability to approach classical problems with new ideas and innovation
• Master’s Degree
• Completion of DAU courses

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility
requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $120,000 to $130,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
