Enterprise Model Based Systems Engineer

You Have: 

·       3+ years of experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze system requirements, design specifications, and provide Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) expertise throughout the system development life cycle

·       Experience with using industry standard MBSE tools, including MagicDraw, to create and maintain system models, ensuring accurate representation of system architecture and behavior

·       Ability to develop and implement enterprise-level MBSE solutions for the Department of Defense customer

·       Ability to work closely with stakeholders to capture and refine system requirements, ensuring alignment with DoD standards and guidelines

·       Ability to provide technical leadership in the application of MBSE principles, promoting best practices and innovative solutions

·       Ability to conduct thorough system analyses to identify potential issues, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate corrective actions

·       Ability to participate in technical reviews, meetings, and presentations to communicate MBSE concepts, designs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

·       Ability to obtain a security clearance 

·       Bachelor's degree in CS or Systems Engineering

Nice If You Have: 

·       Experience with developing and implementing MBSE solutions for enterprise-level systems, preferably within a DoD environment

·       Experience with DoD architecture frameworks, including DoDAF and MoDAF and standards, including MIL-STD-498 and ISO/IEC 15288

·       Experience with programming in scripting languages, including Python for automation and integration purposes

·       Knowledge of industry-standard MBSE tools, including SysML or Cameo Systems Modeler

·       Secret clearance

·       Master's degree in CS, Systems Engineering, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
