Key Role:

Provide decomposition, troubleshooting, and engineering analysis to comprehend the proper operation and performance of industrial, military, and manufacturing systems of interest to clients. Conduct engineering analysis to comprehend the driving factors behind the quantity and quality of output from the systems. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments, applying engineering judgement and understanding to decompose systems to their component parts. Develop model representations and sometimes simulation models of the processes to explore their behaviors under varying conditions. Arrange site visits to industrial, manufacturing, and military sites to better understand the processes. Exhibit technical and operational proficiency solving problems of moderate complexity. Contribute to the completion of projects and programs in the area of expertise and interface with clients, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with manufacturing or industrial environments

-Knowledge of human reliability analysis

-Ability to understand system design based on a variety of sources, not all primary

-TS/SCI clearance

-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with human reliability methods and tools

-Experience with simulation modeling tools

-Knowledge of industrial control systems, rail systems, maritime port systems, or missile systems

-MS degree in Engineering or related field a plus
