Job Description
Key Role:
Support federal health research and development (R&D) organizations, including the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Health (ARPA-H), as a Science, Engineering, and Technology Adviser (SETA) supporting engagements with the agency’s nationwide health innovation network. Coordinate and execute engagement strategies, events, and deliverables while serving as a super-connector between the federal agency, the consortium management firm operating each hub, and the network members across the country. Develop and implement engagement and communication strategies for the health innovation network to strengthen and grow the network. Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and patients through this network. Support strategic participation at public events and conferences organized through this network, including coordinating client personnel. Track and support ongoing events, from the initial planning stages to executing ARPA-H’s portion of activities for these events. Develop communication protocols and strategies, and coordinate messaging with the agency’s regional hubs through Consortium Managements Firms to improve engagement with spokes and to continue to grow the network.
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience working in a professional environment
Experience with working across multidisciplinary and functional teams and breaking down silos
Experience staffing senior personnel at public events
Experience working with and directly supporting senior leader engagements, including either advance work or day-of execution
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers at all levels
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Health Policy, Communications, or a related field
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
