Geospatial and Remote Sensing Program Lead

Key Role:

Manage the development of remote sensing, AI, edge-computing, and advanced visualization requirements and applications, related to both infrastructure and utilities. Provide insight and advocacy for new or emerging technologies and provide teaming partner with business case analysis, technical readiness assessments, and rapid prototype requirements development to test and evaluate the technologies at the client site. Access the Autonomous Infrastructure Management (AIM) team and use AkitaBox to support this effort. Provide on-site support to the team to ensure streamlined mobilization, planning, requirements development, and deployment of technology. Assist in identification, evaluation, and deployment of new technology advances to increase efficiency of services and garners support and advocacy for technology-enabled services throughout the region. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 5 years of experience with technology applications and management related to sUAS, AI, BIM, robotics, geospatial, or immersive environments
  • Experience with mapping software
  • Knowledge of platform agnostic applications
  • Ability to work as an integral member of a business development and client delivery team
  • Ability to engage key client stakeholders to discuss firm capabilities and services on DoD projects
  • Ability to analyze current market needs and identify viable business development opportunities in DoD projects and programs
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Maximo
  • Knowledge of the Navy policy and procedures and operations
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships across a team matrix environment
  • Ability to navigate deadlines and have excellent time management skills
  • MA or MS degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
