As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design constructive simulation systems in support of operational testing and evaluating combat effectiveness. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate emerging weapon systems using the constructive Suppressor simulation model. You’ll develop your skills in modeling and simulation of combat weapon systems and foreign Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) while gaining experience in radar, missile, command, and control, and electronic warfare systems. Grow your skills by merging your ability to perform pre-test prediction, post-test analysis and verification, and apply insights to potential real-world combat analyses to create innovative and insightful analysis results. You Have:

-4+ years of experience with constructive modeling and simulation of US or threat weapon systems in simulation environments, including AFSIM, Suppressor, or Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM)

-Experience with computer programming, including MATLAB, FORTRAN, C++, or Perl

-Ability to follow Operations Research (OR) principles, theories, and concepts to draft and execute study plans

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience in a UNIX or Linux command-line environment

-Experience with using Suppressor to analyze electronic warfare scenarios

-Experience with deriving and communicating key drivers from large amounts of raw model output data

-Ability to possess excellent analytical skills

-Ability to possess excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-MA or MS degree in a related field a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
