As an engineer on our team, you’ll work with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to develop and rapidly deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities to deter attacks and provide critical information to our warfighters to defeat our enemies in battle. Your customer will trust you to not only test, analyze, evaluate, validate, and verify these systems, but also identify areas requiring urgent mitigation up front and early to develop this system with advanced technology solutions. You Have:
3+ years of experience with cyber operations and information security in a joint environment supporting space-related Major Defense Acquisition Programs, including space, ground, software, and hardware system
Experience managing organizational mission assurance or risk management planning, training, and exercise programs
Knowledge of Risk Management Framework and its functionality
Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
Ability to be highly motivated with a dynamic work ethic and a strong desire to contribute to the DoD mission
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Information Security
DoD-8570 IAM Level 2 baseline certification
Nice if You Have:
Experience with on space-based remote sensing systems
Experience with the Knowledge Management or Decision Support tool and Functional Capability Boards (FCB)
Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02
Knowledge of Joint Force systems, operations, cyber mission planning, and execution
Knowledge of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Information Security
Advanced Certification, including CISSP, CISM, or PM
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $90,000 to $120,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
