If this sounds like you, come join Booz Allen’s new Remote Sensing Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team to work on the Space Force’s top priority space programs.
As a space mission integrator on our team, you will work with Booz Allen colleagues and the U.S. Space Force to integrate and deploy the next generation of resilient Missile Warning (MW), Environmental Monitoring (EM), and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR) capabilities to deliver critical information to our warfighters to quickly win or even prevent future wars. Your client will trust you to develop Mission Threads, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), Capability Integration Plans, and Capability Roadmaps and Schedules. You will grow your skills by researching new requirements, technologies, and threats and using innovative engineering methodologies and tools to create tomorrow’s solutions.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in large-scale space mission and SE&I on national security space programs
- 2+ years of experience integrating operational, technical, cost, schedule, risk, and contractual baselines to develop and deliver end-to-end space missions and capabilities
- Experience developing Mission Threads, CONOPs, Capability Integration Plans, or Capability Roadmaps and Schedules
- Experience supporting overall engineering integration of SE&I efforts for the DoD, government agencies, or commercial programs
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of service level CONOPs and deployment of system capability
- Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing on space-based remote sensing systems
- Knowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Technology field
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications such as ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
