As a systems integration engineer on our team, you have the chance to serve as a subject matter expert to assess technical issues, review proposed changes to the technical baseline for impacts to enterprise capabilities and to cross-stakeholder integration concerns. Your technical expertise will be vital as you support management of risks, issues, interdependencies, identifying schedule disconnects and conflicts, developing action plans for resolution, and assisting the Government in executing selected solutions. Grow your skills by working with Government and contractor personnel to close gaps in flow of customer requirements down through the system and component levels. Join our team and lead Government/Contractor Working Group meetings by creating briefings and leading discussions to resolve risks and requirements gaps.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering
- Experience with the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, integration plans and schedules, or inter-service support agreements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
- Ability to identify, analyze, resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional planning, coordination and task execution across the spectrum of systems engineering and integration activities
- Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on MILSATCOM, including AEHF, EPS, WGS, and FAB-T terminal programs
- Experience with satellite or ground systems, including software or hardware development
- Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients
- Experience with Atlassian tools
- Knowledge of Space, Command and Control (C2) and Gateway terminals
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition process, compliance with government instructions, overseeing contractor activities
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
