Medical Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Apply healthcare discipline expertise to address provider strategic and operational priorities in the pursuit of healthcare delivery transformation. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations management at Service or Joint Force HQs

  • 4+ years of experience working with operational medical capabilities and planning for combat operations and combat casualty care

  • Experience with program management

  • Knowledge of the DoD Military Health System (MHS), military services medical operational capabilities, and doctrine

  • Ability to work independently and perform in-depth analysis of medical strategic and operational plans, doctrine, and policy

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate with senior military officers and government officials

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree

  • PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,400.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
