Cross Functional Liaison

Key Role:

Identify customer's requirements and apply programmatic techniques to facilitate communication and activities between disparate organizations to achieve strategic goals. Build analytical workflows and methodologies using these data sources and create or implement new or existing tools and capabilities. Combine information from multiple sources to help your client understand their mission environment more effectively. Grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your methodologies with the intelligence community. Provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our customers at the speed of relevance. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with providing intelligence support to DoD and Inter-Agency partners 

  • 5+ years of experience with intelligence systems, domains, and analytical tools 

  • 5+ years of experience with developing high-quality deliverables tailored to clients, including tactical and strategic levels 

  • 5+ years of experience with acting as a liaison, interacting with executive level clients

  • 5+ years of experience with facilitating communication and activities between disparate organizations to achieve strategic goals

  • Experience with pitching innovative ideas and fostering a collaborative environment to meet objectives

  • Ability to collaborate and innovate to solve problems 

  • Ability to commute to multiple locations within the National Capital Region

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time CONUS and OCONUS to accommodate client needs, when necessary

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Attack the Network Tool Suite

  • Experience with programming in Python, R, or JavaScript

  • Experience with JupyterHub or Jupyter Notebook

  • Experience as a data scientist or data analyst using data science tools and practices 

  • Experience with SQL, REGEX, or API Requests

  • Experience with ArcGIS Online or GEOINT tools 

  • Experience with using open-source research tools to support intelligence requirements and providing support to the Intelligence community 

  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts or principles 

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills  

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
