Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System Trainer

Key Role:

Provide Small Unmanned Aircraft System (SUAS) training to support enemy threat scenarios in compliance with DoD Regulations, Policies, and Directives, the operation of US Army Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), and Government Off The Shelf (GOTS) Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS), perform these tasks under the direct supervision of a Government Flight Representative (GFR) and follow written procedures in accordance with Army Client Regulations. Assist the US Army client with airspace planning and coordination at local installation management command to support SUAS flights. Provide timely research and analysis to current Global Unmanned Aircraft Systems threat to identify relative SUAS Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) integration for US military personnel conducting Home Station and Combat Training Center (CTC) exercises. Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate all, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available for home station training using blended learning techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with the US Military

-3+ years of experience as a certified military SUAS pilot

-2+ years of experience with COTS and GOTS Unmanned Aircraft Systems

-Experience with DoD Air Planning

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Ability to obtain a Booz Allen-approved Certification training course as an instructor within 6 months of hire

Additional Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with Military Special Operations units

-Experience with being deployed in a military SUAS pilot role

-Experience with soldering and COTS drone repair

-Experience with conducting After Action Reviews (AAR)

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Graduate of US Army SUAS Master Trainer Course or service equivalent course or a Booz Allen-approved Certification training course as an instructor

-Current FAA Part 107 License

-Completed JKO BUQ 1 and 2 Online Training Courses
