IT Life Cycle Replacement Warehouse Operations Manager

Key Role:

Provide customer support to US Army Reserve units with questions and problems relative to the respective Sustainment Information Systems (SIS), including service requests and problem reporting. Provide management and leadership of functional and technical support for the New Equipment Fielding Facility (NEFF) and Tactical Computer Exchange (TCX). Maintain and sustain SIS and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) automation hardware supporting exchanges, repairs, warranty repairs, new equipment fielding, equipment life cycle upgrades, and property disposal of obsolete SIS. Provide leadership and management oversight to operations staff.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with managing computer maintenance and Army supply operations

-5+ years of experience with Army or USARC logistics business processes

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Ground Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), hardware repair, networking, software, warehousing, and production control operations

-Knowledge of shipping and receiving for government or commercial transportation vendors and property disposal

-Knowledge of operation or facility management

-Active Secret clearance

-DoD IA Technical Level I Certification, including CompTIA A+
