Key Role:
Serve as the planner and scenario developer and assist the client with the design and development of an exercise scenario to meet exercise and supported commanders training objectives in support of Army Client units. Prepare Operations Orders and support Annexes based upon specific theater or the Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) requirements. Build the exercise Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) or simulation injects to be integrated into the Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming environment. Conduct In-depth research and analysis of the operational exercise environment to replicate the theater of operations during training events. Lead or participate in the Concept Development Workshop (CDW), Initial Planning Workshop (IPW), Mid-Planning Workshop (MPW), Final Planning Workshop (FPW), and Master Events Listing (MEL) development workshops to produce the line of efforts and storylines to support the Commanders Training Objectives. Serve as member of the Exercise Control Cell, Scenario Cell, or Observer, Controller, and Mentor cell as required during training events. Support the exercise After Action Review as the MSEL and inject Subject Matter Expert. Move, transport and set-up class and training material in different locations.
