Assistant Project Lead

Key Role:

Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of military experience with training or training development in the Operational or Institutional Army
  • 5+ years of experience with Training Management or analysis of training data and information
  • Experience with FM 7-0, AR 350-1, and TR 350-70-1 and supporting pamphlets
  • Knowledge of the Army Training Manaement System (ATMS) and its role in supporting Army training management requirements
  • Ability to oversee the operational planning, establishment, execution and evaluation of complex, multifacted program and project
  • Ability to oversee budgetary, operational, administrative, and human resources management of programs
  • Ability to review, revise, integrate, and synchronize Army Training and Training Management solutions and supporting technical systems
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion of the US Army Command and General Staff College, Sergeant Major's Academy, or a military service school equivalent

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
