Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as a administrative knowledge management specialist, creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining a administrative program within joint cyber capabilities operations in line with the client's front office guidance. Enable collaboration of Cyber operational data to provide office leadership with information to make informed decisions. Create, develop, implement, and maintain repeatable administrative management best practices and processes for continual process improvement. Integrate information from throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal and external clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with managing executive administration information sharing
- Experience with collaborating with U.S. military leadership
- Ability to manage processes and activities to support organizational communications, including correspondence preparation, distribution, suspense tracking, workflow management, electronic mail management, and content management
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Associate’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail
- Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
