Job Description
Key Role:
Coordinate administrative actions for the client in a timely and effective manner, including acting as the Administrative Assistant, performing conference room management, assist with daily administrative operations, maintain rosters and reports, and correspondence management. Conduct daily calendar sync and schedule and deconflict meetings and activities, as needed. Coordinate Government Travel, plan meetings and events as needed, and provide administrative support to those. Maintain conference rooms calendar management and test conference room equipment on the unclassified and classified systems. Process visitor requests and escort those visitors as needed, perform data file transfers, order supplies and submit trouble tickets as required. Manage and update Administrative folders on the client's shared drive, and manage and update recall rosters and contact phone cards for the staff. Initiate action to provide end-user support and perform complex administrative duties.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with office administration
Experience as Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager in a Combatant Command, Service Major Command, or for a senior government civilian
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and SharePoint
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with coordinating and staffing correspondence and other documents/packages throughout a 4-star level command
Experience in working with senior-level military staff
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
