Job Description
Key Role:
Serve as an international engagement planning specialist. Focus on providing support to geographic combatant command campaign strategies. Apply a broad understanding of developing and advocating cyberspace plans, strategy, and policy to support and align with organizational cyberspace missions and initiatives. Advise on conducting strategic, operational, and tactical level planning for cyber operations and operational knowledge related to one or more mission areas, including network operations, network defense, signals intelligence, information operations, space, and electronic warfare. Leverage expertise in military operations and all phases of planning, approval, and execution. Provide client leadership with situational awareness of projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in international engagement, security cooperation, or building partner capacity
- 10+ years of experience with supporting military operations
- Experience with Joint planning and developing and revising DoD Joint planning doctrines and processes
- Experience with writing General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive Service executive summaries, orders, technical papers, and story boards in support of ongoing missions
- Knowledge of geo-political and political-military aspects of international military partnerships
- Knowledge of military action officer or staff officer functions
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with cybersecurity
- Knowledge of defensive and offensive cyberspace operations
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65,400.00 to $149,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
