Learning & Development Talent Assessment Specialist

Key Role:

Drive a multi-year learning and assessment strategy. Leverage human capital strategies and change management experience to help magnify clients’ cyber assessment capabilities. Collaborate with military leadership, technical experts, and operational colleagues. Build, validate, implement, and evaluate assessment and training programs applicable across the employee life cycle. Foster a team environment of learning, progress, inclusion, and teamwork. Utilize your analytical, communications, project management, and program evaluation skills to show measurable impact through concrete metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience building, validating, and evaluating assessment tests, including technical or aptitude assessments, 360 feedback measures, interview guides for selection, learning and development, or succession planning

-3+ years of experience with quantitative or qualitative data collection analysis

-2+ years of experience in federal government consulting

-Experience with presenting to and interacting with colleagues and clients across seniority levels in a consultative manner

-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to translate complex concepts or data into graphically appealing and easy-to-understand presentations for a broad range of audiences

-Ability to navigate in an ambiguous, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders

-Ability to build consensus and effective cross-functional relationships

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience using advanced statistics software

-Experience developing training evaluation metrics

-Experience using learning management systems

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and client-management skills

-PhD degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field
