Thankfully, that’s what you do: improve the systems that move entire organizations forward. It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.  

This is an opportunity to create change and efficiency impacting our client’s communications systems acquisition and maintenance mission. As a change management consultant, you’ll lead strategic initiatives and assess how alternatives will impact business processes and design to develop our client’s short-term and long-term strategies. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll have a tangible impact on our client’s critical mission supporting National imperatives, providing them with a holistic view of their organization as they transform their practices for more effective outcomes. You’ll work with government organization senior and executive-level leadership, engineers, project managers, and SMEs as we support our client’s efforts to modernize their communication networks in the face of evolving threats. You will sit side-chair to advise them as they coordinate and manage requirements with their operational sponsors and mission stakeholders.

You Have: 

  • Experience with planning and implementing strategies for the deployment of telecommunications systems

  • Experience with driving IT and telecommunications organizations towards strategic goals

  • Experience with developing organizational roadmaps

  • Experience with advising senior level leadership in an IT environment

  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders on the execution of large, complex IT telecommunications projects

  • Ability to understand organizational IT and engineering capabilities, including aligning resources to meet mission requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Master’s degree in a related field

  • Project Management Professional Certification

  • DoD 8570 Baseline Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
