Weapon System Cyber Engineer, Lead

Key Role:

Conduct testing and analysis to identify vulnerabilities and potential threat vectors into systems and networks, develop exploits, and engineers attack methodologies. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working as an engineer on cybersecurity programs
  • Experience with DoD acquisitions
  • Experience with requirements decomposition and gap analysis
  • Ability to analyze cyber resilience and survivability requirements, translate requirements into designs, implement designs, and test effectiveness
  • Ability to perform cyber analysis, design, and test of complex systems with knowledge and understanding of U.S. Government and DoD Cyber strategy
  • Ability to review and develop cybersecurity implementation strategy
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the NIST Risk Management Framework, processes and best practices related to the management of information and technology risks
  • MA or MS degree preferred
  • IAM level I certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
