The Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting and maintaining a program from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the program on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll manage and maintain a law enforcement compliance program (ALECP) in support of an Army client. You will work closely with the Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) in the review and implementation of law enforcement standards helping to shape and develop the Army law enforcement program. You will maintain a working relationship with the developer of the ALECP system of record, to establish new user accounts and coordinate training classes for new users. You will track the status of ALECP self-assessments and provide frequent updates to Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Provost Marshal, helping the client ensure Army law enforcement programs are compliant with DoD, Army, and IMCOM regulations and policies. You will conduct analysis of data reported in self-assessments, provide written reports, and develop Power Bl dashboards to inform the Provost Marshal, Senior Commanders, Directorate Representatives, and law enforcement leaders of the compliance or non-compliance of ALECP standards. By applying your program management knowledge and experience, you will make recommendations to the client for improvements to the program. You will work independently with some guidance but also as part of a team providing law enforcement program support across the IMCOM Provost Marshal Law Enforcement Branch.

The real impact of program management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. At Booz Allen, we recognize that we must continuously grow as a team to bring the best support to our clients, so here you’ll have all the resources to succeed. This is a chance to influence a meaningful mission while learning how to develop and maintain program strategy.
